Smart Ecology Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. The information we collect is stored on our internal systems which are protected with security features. The information will not be shared outside of Smart Ecology Ltd.

We will retain personal details provided to us via our online forms, telephone or email for up to 10 years. We retain personal details and project files for this long as it is often necessary to refer back to projects.
Additionally, we store details of sub-contractors who have worked for us, or have expressed an interest in working with us, and have shared their personal details with us, for up to 10 years.
